Architecture
You are Architecture.
You are the most functional art form and rarely do
anything without some practical purpose.
Although you are capable of easilly outstaging
the other arts, you usually prefer to go
unnoticed.

You Are Love
You are Love.

You love life, you love all those around you and
the world that you live in. You are happiest
when you are doing something for someone else
or for the common good of mankind.

What Emotion Are You?

I'm amazed that I didn't get "lust". oh well.

You are Kanga.
In your circle of friends you are the one who likes
to keep an eye out for all the others. Always
there with advice or encouragement, you are
dependable and kind.
If you're not a parent already, you'll make a great
one when the time comes.

I resent the parent statement. And I think I've taken that quiz before.

I'm more emotionally needy than I like to be. It bothers me a bit, but I don't know what to do about it. At this point, it doesn't seem destructive.

Worked swing shift last night. I get used to working graves, and it's a nice treat to leave the hospital without having to do the detail cleaning, and close the books, and turn everything off and lock everything up. Swing shifts have cons, but i do like to change things around every now and then.
We lost a patient last night ... It was dying when it came in, but it still sucks. And then to find while we are trying to resuscitate this cat that the eye clinic people have taken apart out anesthetic equipment and stolen pieces from it, that was not happy. Had the patient been salvageable, we would have lost an awful amount of time trying to get it hooked up to oxygen.

Came in to a nasty note from my manager, who is my manager for the next four days, as she has been fired with a timeline, about how the floors looked the morning after Christmas Day. It was raining and muddy Christmas ... I scrubbed those fucking floors ... The eye clinic people let their dogs run all over the place and dirty up the floor after I leave ... that fucking bitch can bite me. I responded with a nasty note in kind. If she doesn't think that I do a good enough job with the floors after a busy holiday, she can come in and help me. But she won't be around for any more holidays. Too bad, really.

It was nice to come home and relax last night ... Charles got me for Christmas a very cool video game that I don't think I should even be touching until i have a few hours to devote to it. I started playing last night and thought no, I should go to bed before the sun comes up ...

Of course, I have to go back to work tonight ... bah.
But then I have a whole day off! Fucking amazing. I think Michael is going to come up here Sunday, and we can follow the usual ritual of sleep and beer and video games. Yay.
