that was different ...

There wasn't much arm-twisting involved.

"Hey, you want to go to Vegas?"
"Ha ha ... no."
"Okay ... you want to go to Pechanga?"

And i had little reason besides my brokeness to say no, so I pick up Danny, and he, Michael, and I drive down to Pechanga. I'm not much of a gambler, I lost what I brought fairly quickly and didn't even bring enough to play a good round of blackjack. Danny gave me $20 to play penny slots with, and I made that last a good hour-and-a-half. Michael learned to play Keno and tried to apply mathematical formula to everything. I got just a teeny bit drunk.

Sadly, their gift store had no postcards.

Afterwards, we picked up Danny's boyfriend from QueSera and went back to his house to hang out. Beer was had, and Michael kept smacking me with the tail of a dead kangaroo.

When we got home, I decided to make dinner, and managed to successfully drunkenly create my mom's casserole - proving that it is a foolproof recipie. Baking is fun, drunk at 0400.

It was all sorts of unplanned fun. Tonight I have to go back to work. Damn holiday weekends.
