His renal failure has resolved, leaving him with only sepsis, cancer, and meningitis to deal with. His abdominal surgery will be today or tomorrow.
Most of the time I feel sorry for the animals whose owners don't have enough money to treat them ... but sometimes, I feel more sorry for the animals whose owners have all the money in the world to spend.
I should get to bed ... I've got a big dinner to make this afternoon, then it's on the road to Glamis.
