It's nice to sweat, to feel like I accomplished something, to feel stronger and healthier and like maybe I'm making up for all the junk food i've eaten this week.
But i hate - hate - the fact that any exertion of energy whatsoever, and my skin immediately goes bright red, and stays that way.
I got home from the gym forty minutes ago. I took a cool shower, changed out of my gym clothes into something
but dammit, i feel good.
