i'm amazed that i can breathe at all.

Every time I do a good, thorough vacuuming of my house, I am genuinely astonished at the amount of cat hair I manage to live with. I wouldn't imagine cats could even produce this amount of hair, but mine seem to. Maybe that's why they eat so much.

I should probably just vacuum the cats directly. That may work better.

I've only really been unemployed a few days, but I'm going stir-crazy. I don't know what to do with myself. The laundry and dishes are done, trash is taken out, most of the house is vacuumed, books are put away. I suspect that by tonight the cats will be bathed and that my DVDs will be alphabetized.

Really, I'm just trying to keep myself busy. and not nap, since i have to fall asleep early tonight.

Tomorrow I work another trial day at the day practice. Nothing is confirmed as of yet, but I'm still pretty confident about the job. My mom asked me the other day if I had given my notice at my last job yet. I laughed, and asked if she thought I was so dumb as to quit my job without having another one lined up.

Whether I actually am or not, I dodged that question.

I have seen on TV advertisements for a special attachment for a vaccume that can supposedly vaccume the lose hair off an animal...

**hugs to you for your recents events**

Good luck on the new job :)

I just can't really see my cats standing for it. Well, maybe Goyle. He'll do anything for attention.

and thank you :)

I shudder to think about what would happen if I approached Velcro or Juliet with the vacuum. Even the Dustbuster is out of the question.

I could see Velcro going all Tazmanian Devil on you.

Typically, she ends up hiding behind the washing machine :)

Every cat I ever had ran from the vacuum or would get violent around it, so you might want to wear some body armor...

Like a welding mask and chain mail?

I was actually thinking plate armor, but chain would probably be a bit lighter - or maybe one of those bomb-disposal body-armor sets.

I think about vacuuming my cats on a daily basis. But instead I say screw it and watch some tv and veg out lol

I hope that I get to be unemployed for even just like 3-4 days, god I would love that lol

I definitely ended up vegging today. I fell asleep on the couch this afternoon.

it's an interesting feeling, not having anything to do.
