Third day of low-carb. Feel terrible, miss bread, but blood sugars perfect and lost two pounds. I miss having energy.

I don't do well with portion control, and I'm a carb addict. It's easier for me to say I can't have any of something than to try and eat in moderation.

I'm not a fan of the high-protien diet as a whole, but nothing else has worked ...

I can't have it anymore.

The energy *does* come back though, seriously.

yeah, i'm starting to feel a little more normal. I'm not all lightheaded like i was for a couple days.

what kind of diet do you have to follow?

Protein first is rule one, with me.
No bread, no pasta, no tortillas, rice, etc.
Sugar is out.

Which leaves me with a whole lot of little
portions of meat, cheese, beans, and some
veggies, soups, and cottage cheese.


It's gotten easier though, cos I just care less
about what I'm not eating as time passes.
